Kay is the friendly and welcoming face of Ernevale House Dentistry. As Head Receptionist, she is dedicated to ensuring every patient's experience is smooth and stress- free. Whether it's scheduling appointments, providing helpful advice, managing clinicians diaries, or explaining treatments and pricing, Kay always goes the extra mile to support our patients.
As our Denplan Champion, Kay is the go-to person for any queries about Denplan, offering expert guidance to help patients make informed choices. In addition to her administrative expertise, Kay is also a qualified Dental Nurse. While primarily she works at the reception desk, her versatility means you may occasionally spot her assisting in surgery.
Outside of work, Kay loves spending quality time with her family and her beloved dog, Max.
